this could have been the size of a masters thesis and I’d have read it. Life is so hard but hopeful women who view life as its own salve !!! they save me every time!! I love u and I love this piece.
everything's transient except for our own personhood!! your insights are always so perfectly phrased, reading your work feels like a conversation with an incredibly intelligent friend
reading this was like you churning out my exact thoughts. i laughed out loud, chuckled, re-read, and also made my friends read this out loud while waiting for takeaway in the car. what a joy to read this
You introduced me to Antoinette Poisson journals. Now I would like to buy one too :3 !! Also, there is something about this "modern" era that makes us stray away from fully committed relationships. It's the complications that we centralize around romantic relationships that make us repel away from them. The state of men these days is not looking good either, that's just me but why is it that many of my friends have had a bad experience with a guy when it comes to relationships? Perhaps if we look at relationships with a lens of simplicity then only we can live with them?
This is soo good. Ykw yesterday just yesterday, I saw your ig post and decided to come here as well. Because the writing, the thoughts poured were nothing but interesting and contemplative
Everything I have been feeling ever since I turned twenty- described In a single package. I come home to myself is such a profound statement. That idea that no one can understand you better than yourself. It's just you and your undying loyalty to yourself that pushes you through days and the disappointing reality of people.
About the 'finding love' part and all, Is it only me but I think I am too tired for that :D. It'll be hard to love someone when all your life you have loved mundane tasks. From travelling in rickshaws to celebrating freedom.
And when people disappoint you every now and then, do you even have the energy to repair things. You just stop at one point.
